Group Therapy
Have you ever felt there is a struggle going on about who you really are and what you really want? Are you going through a life change, uncertain circumstances or experiencing grief?
Group therapy is an accessible and cost-effective solution to share in a safe facilitated space, utilising a science-backed approach to help develop coping strategies while supporting each other.
What do we cover?
We will look at your internal coping strategies that no longer serve you, such as dependencies on alcohol, drugs, food, etc. Or emotional behaviors such as anxiety or anger that hurt you or others.
We also explore some of the things that can block good, safe human connections, leading to isolation and loneliness.
How does the program help?
We focus awareness on the root cause by gaining insights and developing coping strategies. We rediscover the strength that comes from sharing vulnerability in a group setting, and forming meaningful connections with like-minded people on similar journeys.
We use scientific techniques to explore topics such as nervous system regulation, internal self-alienation, boundaries, relationships, communication, etc.
Let’s build the strength within us, together
Join the next Group Therapy 8-week program
Group therapy is a non-judgmental and empowering environment to explore the root cause of why you are the way you are, facilitated by licensed Gestalt group psychotherapist Peter Coyle.
You will learn techniques to separate yourself from dependencies and explore your true selves while connecting with other like-minded people on similar journeys.
At the conclusion of the 8-week program, you will have the option to stay in touch with the group for ongoing connection and support. The group can self-organise regular catch-ups that Peter will also try to attend.
